EQ, Emotional Quotient

There was IQ.  Then we realised that a child can be so clever with a high IQ, but does he conduct himself when he is public.  EQ became an important area which have to be looked into.  Emotional Quotient is important to help a child understand himself, and then develop himself to understand others and socitey.
