Online Chat

Online Chat seems like a harmless tool on the internet.  Today, it has become one of the most used tool on the internet to communicate with a friend or a totally stranger.  Some have found their life partners after a good chat online for some months.  Some have become victims of crime, having befriended a criminal minded person online.  This is a tool either to bless or curse.  How then should we caution our children when it comes to online chat or internt chat?
